1）嘗試配置環境變量路徑，錯誤依舊。
2）嘗試重新安裝node包，錯誤依舊。
網上也查找過報錯信息，但都是千篇一律，一篇文章轉來轉去，沒有對應的解決方法。
后來空了又仔細看了下，問題解決掉了，解決方法如下：
