盡管有消息稱微軟將在下周發布IE 8 RC，不過在這種情況下，往往提前幾天就會有泄露版本出來，這次也不例外。版本號為：IE 8 RC1 Build : 8.0.6001.18343。由于本人目前無線中，實在無法測試，大家見諒。僅有XP和Vista的32位版本，已經有人測試安裝正常。而對于Windows 7 Beta，此前微軟已經證實不會有支持Windows 7 Beta的IE 8 RC版本，但畢竟Vista和Windows 7 內核一致，因此有人想出了一個在Windows 7 Beta上安裝此版本IE 8的方法，但有可能安裝不成功。

　　步驟如下：

下載Vista 32版安裝包
解壓到某文件夾
打開文件夾復制ie8.msu到C:/
開始菜單-運行-輸入：wusa - C/:ie8.msu
　　當然，這里的C盤也可以換成別的路徑，看你把ie8.msu放哪了。

　　Ok so here goes:

　　1. Download the Vista installer

　　2. Extract the exe file to a folder.

　　3. Go into that folder and copy ie8.msu into say C:

　　4. Open run dialog from start menu.

　　5. Type this and run

　　wusa - C:ie8.msu

　　Here "C:ie8.msu" can be any other folder where u are keeping ie8.msu

　　6. In all PRobability it wont work.
