PART 1解決failed to write cache的問題
最近發神經把linux給格了，重裝，裝完中文支持，問題就來了，系統干什么都變得奇慢，并且在APT－GET的時候出現了如下的顯示
Updating fontconfig cache...
/usr/share/fonts/X11: failed to write cache
/usr/share/fonts/X11/100dpi: failed to write cache
/usr/share/fonts/X11/75dpi: failed to write cache
/usr/share/fonts/X11/Type1: failed to write cache
/usr/share/fonts/X11/encodings: failed to write cache
。。
如果你的系統在APT的過程中也出現了這種情況，請繼續往下看。
我在網上搜到了個腳本，用來解決這個問題，把下面的做成腳本運行或者直接復制到終端中運行，然后就搞定了。
