2016年5 月 27 日，NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 正式零售，而作為合作伙伴之一的 索泰 也發表 3 款 GeForce GTX 1080 顯卡。

  不過，除了 NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 Founder Editions 公布數據外，其他兩款顯卡，分別是 GeForce GTX 1080 AMP! 與 GeForce GTX 1080 AMP! Extreme Edition 并沒有明確 GPU 核心與 GDDR5X 顯存頻率。

  索泰GeForce GTX 1080 AMP! 與 索泰 GeForce GTX 1080 AMP! Extreme Edition 第一眼差異在于散熱器不同；索泰 GeForce GTX 1080 AMP! 為雙風扇設計，而索泰 GeForce GTX 1080 AMP! Extreme Edition 則是采用 3 風扇設計。雖然散熱器風扇不同，但這兩款顯卡都擁有 Spectra Lightning 功能。
