Operating System - HP-UX Version - 10.20 Hardware System - HP9000 application - NetMetrix (NMX) 6.0 Solution This is a known problem. This problem is resolved in NMX 6.01. For media types greater than 69 (ATM and Gigabit), Agent Manager now correctly reads the Cisco MIB and lists these interfaces in the Agent Manager GUI under the Cisco device name. For media types less than 69 (Ethernet, Fast Ethernet, and Token Ring),the Agent Manager not only correctly lists the devices, but the devices are supported for use with NMX RMON (for Catalyst 5000 and 5500) and Component Health Reporter. Note: For media types greater than 69, although these interfaces are listed correctly in the Agent Manager GUI, they cannot be used with any NMX menus. HP does not support Gigabit or ATM interfaces with RMON or Extended RMON.
